5a. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. All deposits are processed instantly. The maximum weekly withdrawal is NZ$5,000 for standard accounts; VIP players may qualify for higher limits. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. 5b. Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

If you remain dissatisfied after the final stage, you may refer the matter to eCOGRA, the Alternative Dispute Resolution provider, at ecogra.org. The ruling of the ADR provider is considered final by all parties. These terms are written in English, and the English version prevails in the event of any translation discrepancy.
